Meet Our Team
Though Covente has grown considerably since its founding 15 years ago, one thing has remained constant — a strong commitment to our clients, the quality of service we deliver and employee development. Every individual on the Covente team takes part in this commitment starting with the management team:
Simon Boardman, CEO & General Manager
Alison Irwin, Chief Financial Officer
Scott Shaw, Information Technology Director
Cheryl Jackson, Campaign Manager
Emre Kabu, Campaign Manager
Valerie Bennett, Campaign Manager
Alana Wickham, Campaign Manager
A partnership with Covente is all about working together to achieve your sales goals and objectives through effective demand creation. A dedicated, professional team will work closely with your sales and marketing organization to generate intelligent leads to fuel your sales pipeline.
Discover the Covente Team Approach:
- A dedicated team is assigned to each client campaign, aligning skills and market knowledge
- Covente commits the right resources so that we are able to efficiently prepare, execute and manage a client’s campaign
- A Covente client team includes:
- Account Manager is ultimately responsible for client satisfaction and campaign success
- Campaign Manager is responsible for the successful execution of each campaign. Your Campaign Manager orchestrates the planning, training, execution and proactively manages your campaign for maximum results. This is the primary client contact during a campaign.
- Research Analyst is a valuable resource assigned to a campaign who is responsible for collecting current information about the client’s market, including technology issues, related business issues, market conditions, competitors and market terminology. Armed with this valuable information, the research analyst helps train the Covente Sales Analysts.
- Sales Analysts are dedicated to a specific client account. Your Sales Analysts get to know your business through training and through our own internal research. This knowledge helps Covente Sales Analysts conduct high quality, in-depth conversations with decision makers at prospect accounts.
- Performance Managers make sure every campaign is producing maximum results. As a roving team member, the Performance Manager is responsible for mentoring and ongoing coaching to keep Sales Analysts at the top of their game. They focus on the specific skills required for prospecting and ensure the Covente Sales Analysts are able to gather the information required to deliver intelligent leads.
Covente makes a considerable investment in the depth and breadth of resources that are committed to our client campaigns. That’s what it takes to produce consistent results.
Establishing an environment which allows us to work as a virtual extension of your sales and marketing organization is another critical element of our collaboration. Your team should include representatives from both sales and marketing, so that we are able to:
- Gain an understanding of your corporate branding and positioning, as well as the field perspective
- Establish common lead qualification criteria and identify target markets based on input from both sales and marketing — buy-in from both departments will maximize your lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Monitor feedback from field sales on the leads being produced — early and continuous feedback ensures we are producing the best sales opportunities
Producing high quality leads through demand creation and market intelligence must be an ongoing process to give you a strategic edge in the marketplace. It requires true teamwork. Building a relationship with your sales and marketing teams is essential to our success, and that’s why we’ve established our proven Client Engagement Process.
